Educational Philosophy

In today's highly technological society my educational philosophy has changed very little since my early years.  I still believe that all children can learn if given the proper support, encouragement and tools to master any task that they are given.  As an educator it is my job to help students find the best and most effective way to learn so that they can obtain personal satisfaction in achieving any goal.  We want students to grow into productive, happy, citizens who can learn a task, master that task and provide for themselves and a family if they choose by being a productive member of society.

This is a tall order but everyday teachers serve as academic leaders are achieving this goal and young learners are becoming that productive member of society where they can give to their families, communities, nation and country. They can learn many approaches to completing a task and learn to be innovative in solving unique problems on the job and in their communities. The saying: "Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime" an old Chinese Proverb can be made true. This is the task of every day today and in the future.
